In an intimate and traditional tavern-style location, we will taste our way through a course of four different styles and techniques of Korean alcohol. Beginning with the more familiar makgeolli and progressing on to some of the most rare and respected artisinally produced drinks, this dining experience is an opportunity to taste the artistry of Korea’s best breweries.
Each alcohol is paired with both modern and traditional interpretations on classic dishes commonly served with Korean sool. As we taste and dine, your guides will walk you through the history, culture and stories behind each brew.
