Tried your hand at Korean fried chicken but want to explore more? The world of Korean cuisine is one of the most exciting and delicious aspects of Korean culture, and we are so excited to bring a unique dining experience to the Austria!
Modern Korean is one of best korean restaurant in Wien, Austria. authentic Korean food cooked by korean chefs.
In this elevated, boutique pop-up, Chef Roch Shin and Chef Bona Kim from Korea will design a unique 4 course meal of Korean dishes inspired by local Austrian ingredients. Also It will be good experience of Korean traditional sauces made by artisans Both guest chefs are trained in Michelin starred restuarants, and are passionate about the craft of Korean cuisine and its versatility.
Each dish will be paired with a Korean traditional alcohol that can not be found anywhere in Europe. We have specially prepared drinks that have been crafted using traditional brewing techniques, and they will be reserved only for guests of this dining experience.
During the meal, you will be guided into the amazing world of Korean alcohol by Bona who is also sool specialist, She will open your eyes to the complexity of the Korean alcohol industry, and take you on a journey of flavour and culture.

- Once your booking is made, you will receive an email with payment details and confirmation details
- Classes will run with a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 20
- If only one guest is signed up for the class, you will be notified by email and a full refund given
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the class date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made after the 48 hour period will not receive any refunds. If the class is canceled by management for any unforeseen or unavoidable reason, guests will receive a full refund.
