The Premium
Sool Tour.
Curious drinkers and considered travellers
Couples, friends, and small groups who want a slower, deeper way into Korean culture.
Equally suited to first-time visitors and returning sool enthusiasts. Comfortable in English; Korean speakers welcome.
Not for: large groups, non-drinkers, or guests under 19.
An afternoon, end to end
A five-stop arc, paced for conversation rather than checklists.
- 16:00
Welcome at our Hyehwa-Dong experience space
A quiet introduction to the day, with a small first pour.
- 16:30
Walk-through of the working micro-brewery
See the rice, the nuruk, and the active onggi jars up close.
- 17:30
Guided tasting of six sool
Cloudy makgeolli, refined yakju, distilled soju — with full context.
- 19:00
Seasonal Korean dinner pairing
Hosted at a partner restaurant chosen for the season.
- 20:00
Close, with a bottle to take home
A favourite from the tasting, wrapped in rice paper.
Small, slow, and led by people who actually brew
Capped at eight guests. You spend the afternoon with a working brewer, not a guide reading a script.
The tasting is curated to the season — we change the line-up four times a year so even returning guests find something new.
Dinner is hosted at a partner restaurant where the chef pairs each course intentionally with a sool from the tasting.
Good to plan around.
