Julia is available on an hourly basis to consult with you about all your Korean alcohol needs.  These sessions are open to anyone interested in starting a makgeolli business, seeking advice on the sool industry, or even avid homebrewers looking for private coaching. 

Julia has over a decade of experience in the sool industry and has helped clients such as Hana Makgeolli in New York, Gomi Sool in London, and People, Tables, Tales in Singapore to achieve success. Her knowledge in not just the inner workings of commercial brewing practices, but industry evolution and international consumer behaviour is a valuable resource for any sool business.
